Order Status and Shipping Information
United Pacific has been working every day to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. We are still modifying employee schedules to allow for social distancing as a precaution for employee safety. You may experience some delays in the usual shipping experience.
To help keep up with the demand, warehouse work schedules have added additional weekday hours and Saturday hours to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Our office team is available to answer phone calls whether they are working from home or in our office. We appreciate your patience, and we are committed to serving you. Don’t forget, our new website authorizes truck dealers to register for the Dealer Portal. Once registered, you have the option to place orders on-line through the portal. To register for the portal, please submit an online application form or call our customer service representative at 1(800)790-6988.
