Our Response to COVID-19


Right now, as we face uncertainty about the COVID-19 virus spread, we wanted to assure you that United Pacific is open for business as we are considered an essential business that keeps your vehicles driving on the road. We respect the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing around the current climate. During this time, we are modifying employee schedules to allow for social distancing as a precaution to employee safety.

Operational Status:
United Pacific has been working every day to process and ship orders as fast as possible. Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. As a result of the order spike, we are running 5 days on stock orders. Warehouse work schedules have added weekday hours and Saturday to help orders out to you as quickly as possible. We hope to get back to the standard 3 days lead-time soon.

Our office staff is still working at home and we know many dealers want to connect with a live customer service agent. We appreciate your patience and know that we will bring customer service back in the office starting August 10, 2020. As a reminder, the best way to submit new orders is still via email: sales@upauto.com.

And as a second reminder, our new website allows and authorized truck dealer to register for the Dealer Portal. Once registered, you have the option to place orders on-line through the portal. To register for the portal, please submit an online application form or call our customer service representative at 1(800)790-6988.
